A RECENT EXTRACT FROM CHANNEL 4 RACINGS DEREK THOMPSON'S CURRENT WEBSITE SAID "SO FAR IN 2008 MY PRIVATE CLIENTS HAVE ENJOYED A 100% SUCCESS RATE ON THESE" HE HAS SINCE REMOVED THAT RIDICULOUS CLAIM AND MADE MAJOR CHANGES TO HIS PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL. REASON. DID THOMPSON REALLY GIVE 100% SUCCESS IN 2008?????

HIS RULE 7 STATES THAT HIS MEMBERS ARE ENTITLED A REFUND VIA HIS WEBSITE NOTIFICATION. HE HAS MADE NO SUCH NOTIFICATION.

I began monitoring Thompson’s obscenities as from the 19th Nov 2008. The complete list of his Nov losses was a contribution from an emailer.

Channel 4 Racings Derek Thompson’s most obscene comment (they are all obscene!) was on the 28th Nov. He had lost £411 in 27 days of November and his advert gloated:
