(Nov 19 wed scam-ad1) ........ ABOUT ME

(Nov 19 wed scam-ad1) Tommo's advert &.. ABOUT ME
================================================
IN APR/MAY/JUN 2005 THOMPSON LOST £6000 (£50 stk)
(and every day the scam-ad spewed out seductive temptations)
============ (the above is NOT his advert!!!) =============

BETTING LOSS (Nov 1st - 19th inc) .... = - £430 LOSS (£5 stk)

Premium rate RIP OFF CHARGES ..... = - £95 LOSS

TOTAL SCAM LOSS............................. = - £525 LOSS

=================================================
MY MISSION.
To get the Premium Rate (090) regulators to eradicate tipping adverts that mislead, trick, dupe, seduce and sell (£150 mnth) to honest folk, information that is manufactured in such a way that its purpose is to trick and deceive. ie. Winner only adverts. As in a market trader selling a barrel full of rotten apples by only showing a few good ones on the top. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE. That is the purpose of this blog!
==================================================
If anybody starts feeling sorry for Thompson just think of the poor souls that have ended up with a broken home and penniless as a result of having an initial flutter on the likes of this well known, high profile TV racing pundits premium rate tipping service. After all its only a fiver. They lose, they try again and they lose and then they chase their losses by thinking he must get a winner tomorrow. And they win a little and then they try again and lose and then they chase their losses and then they are in trouble. Compulsive gamblers do not happen over night. Many, including housewives (they all love Tommo, he's so nice and cuddly and granny loves him!) are encouraged to start gambling by trick adverts that deceive and mislead. No sir. Derek Thompson is a wealthy man! And he did not get wealthy by backing the horses that he tips. He is not stupid!!!! A major part of his wealth comes from the proceeds of his scam adverts. They are so lucrative that he now has two running in the Racing Post. And if you phone his number every day for 3 months on just one line alone, it will cost you £500!!!! Just a hundred calls a day would net the scam-ad £50,000 every three months!! £200,000 for a year. And all that comes from the vulnerable, the gullible, the unknowing, the unwary, and the innocent who are seduced and steered into having a go by reading scam-ads whose intent is to trick and deceive!!! After all it only costs a fiver!

Think about it!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am going to start monitoring Derek Thomson's premium rate advert tipping service. I do not intend to be robbed at the rate of £500 every three months just for the privilege so I am going to monitor his bets on an average count of 5 a day. I'm sure it will not be less than that because the more tips he gives the longer he spouts and the more he spouts the more he makes. No problem with winners. He almost certainly boasts every single one in the scam-ad. S'gonna be interesting! So here we go!
----------------------------------------------------
(wed nov 19)
"TOMMO'S TIPS"
"3 winners Monday"
"13-8, 2-1, 9-4."
"TOMMO keeps delivering"
"Don't miss out, Call or text now"
------------------------------------------ ----------
According to the scam-ads, Thompson does not tip losers! So all stats and figures are approx and based on 5 tips per day. He codes odds on shots as "etc etc"

Selections since 1st Nov = 95
Winners = 3
Losers = 92
Amount invested to a £5 stake (95 bets) = =============£475
Win returns (£5 stake) on 3 wins (£30) plus (£15 stks) ==== £45
Current loss since Nov 1st = £475 - £45 ============= - £430
Plus call costs since Nov 1st (19 days) =============== - £95
LOSS IN THE PAST 19 DAYS
=============== - £525 LOSS
------------------------------------------------------------
THOMPSONS TIPPING TOOL BOX (tools of the trade used in the manufacture of scam-ads!) Can you spot them! I'll give you a clue (ttt)

Thompson says:- "3 winners Monday" (a ttt)
I say:- And what about the 93 losers. Don't they count?
I say:- And look at the piffling prices of the winners! 9-4, 2-1,and 13-8!
I say:- The scam-ad PRS service is running a £525 LOSS and you are spouting out big and loud that you have managed a 9-4, 2-1, & 13-8 winner. All 3 not to far from being odds on!! "etc etc"!!! gerrit!!!

Thompson says:- "Tommo keeps delivering" (a ttt)
I say:- So you've become a mid-wife Thompson. Congratulations!
I say:- But I think its garbage you deliver really isn't it?

Thompson says:- "Don't miss out" (a ttt)
I say:- Had your victims not missed out, they would not now be broke!

Thompson says:- "Call or text now" (a ttt)
I say:- Do so at your peril! You have been warned!

And I say DECEPTION - MISLEADING - TRICKERY & DISHONEST

Think about it!
-------------------------------------------------------------

So lets try and work out how he's doing. Unfortunately Thompson chooses only to feed us with cultivated delicacies, ie. winners only. The losers (and there are plenty of them!!) are conveniently omitted. Showing winners only and never losers is a deception that appears an obligatory requirement for all wannabe Premium Rate racing tipsters. So for the purpose of processing the Thompson ongoing scam-ad account, we will just have to assume and presume from the snippets of information that he chooses to select and seduce. From past similar exercises, I don't think the assumed stats will be to far out.

As mentioned above, all stats throughout this Blog will be 'approx'. They are 'approx' because Thompson only spouts winners in the scam-ads. In 15 years according to the scam-ad, he has never tipped a loser. So an accurate assessment as to his running account is impossible. But in 2005 (April-May- Jun) every single Premium Rate tip that Thompson gave was monitored in the Betfair Forum for three months by myself and a very good BF friend of mine by the forum name of Cannyman. Mine was Gerry Attric. Cannyman offered to pay the costs (he's rich!) providing I did the Thompson accounts and the spouting (I'm good at that!) It was fantastic fun every day for three months. Full marks to Betfair for letting that thread run the distance. It was truly bare knuckle exposure!! Alas it did eventually get zapped but not before the the account was finished. The results were:-

In 3 mnths DEREK THOMPSON LOST £5,500 (£50 stake)
In 3 mnths DEREK THOMPSON prem rate charges were £500
In 3 mnths DEREK THOMPSON averaged 5 tips a day
(the more tips he gives the longer the spew, the bigger the charge!)

IN THREE MONTHS HE LOST HIS VICTIMS £6000!!!!
IN THREE MONTHS HE LOST HIS VICTIMS £6000!!!
IN THREE MONTHS HE LOST HIS VICTIMS £6000!!!

The scam-ad business is so mega lucrative (and I do mean lucrative!) that he has expanded the scam by introducing yet another scam-ad. The 'BUZZ LINE' .... The buzzline almost certainly is as big a load of trash/garbage as the original, but to be honest I don't think he promotes 'winners only' on it. If he does - watch this space!.

But remember. According to the scam-ads, Derek Thompson does not tip losers!!!!

ABOUT ME!

OK here goes. Before I start I must tell you that my gripe is with premium rate scam tipping adverts. Such despicable fabricated (manufactured) adverts appear every day of the week in the Racing Post, boasting and gloating about a few winners. In all the years I have been racing, I have never seen Thompson's advert show a loser. Perhaps a requirement from the Racing Post for him to advertise, is that he can only show his victims his winners. That of coarse is a presumption. But let me ask WHY does the Thompson advert never show losers? But I don't have to do I? Its so obvious. It would spoil the advert were a loser be mentioned. Far better to feed his victims 'winners only' in his adverts. They smell nicer. Losers stink!!! That my friends is Deception and I want to know why is it allowed!

Adverts that only show winners and never losers disguise the factual content of the service. Thompson tosses the coin and only shows when the head wins. If he had 50 losers in a row, he can still manufacture his advert every day by digging up long past winners (AND HE DOES!) thus fueling his advert with misleading content. And that is, DECEPTION BY OMISSION!

I have recently been expelled (permanent) from the Betfair Forum for forceful, but truthful, comment concerning the 'TOMMO' advert in the Racing Post. At the beginning of November there was a cracking good post by a Betfair forumite by the name of 'Birkdale' concerning Derek Thompsons dubious tipping practices. In the few days before Betfair withdrew the thread, Birkdale had acquired about 600 posts from racing people ranting their feelings concerning the Thompson scam. Had the thread not been pulled it would have reached in the thousands. Such is the anger of those that have the benefit of knowing. Pity those that don't! Birkdale himself had just returned from a months ban for a previous Tommo expose. Just before my expulsion, I published in the BF forum, (Birkdale's thread) a very powerful letter that accused the content of the Tommo advert of:-

Misleading by misrepresentation.
Misleading by omission
Confidence trick
Fraud
Fraudulent advertising.
Deception
Trickery
Swindle
Immoral
Un-ethical
Dishonest
And a SCAM

A copy of that letter has been sent to the organisations listed below requesting why vulnerable people are being ripped off with premium rate tipping advert scams.

Advertising Standards Authority
Scambusters, Trading Standards
Phonepay Plus
Ofcom
Watchdog
Panorama
Gamcare

I do not blame Betfair for my expulsion. After all, I was using them as a vehicle for my rants, and the rants were rather heavy at times. However, there were readers on the Forum who were interested and looking forward to the replies that will be forthcoming to my letters who will be disappointed that they will no longer be able to do so.

It was suggested that I start up a Blog and they may find me there. Now then. The only Blog I knew anything about was a girl by that name (Blogg) who I met at Battersea Park (Festival of Britain circa 50's). One night I took her up to a lay-by by Epsom race track in my Ford Zodiac!!! I 'aint sayin' no more about that!!

I just do not have a clue about Blogs etc but with the aid of a very very good friend of mine who is a world famous pole dancer (true) I have managed to come up with what you see in front of you. At least I have managed to make a start. Hopefully I shall learn as I travel.

Whilst awaiting replies to my letter, I thought it might be fun to follow Tommo's scam tipping advert daily. It will not take long to evaluate the tricks within. He tips about 5 selections a day. Winners are placed (stretched) into scam-ads to balance the losing days. ie. If he has a couple of winning days and then knocks in an 8-1 winner, he may save it for a couple of days in case a bad run may happen. He will then pop up the 8-1 winner during the bad run and say "8-1 winner last Saturday at HQ. Hope you were on" Question! Why does he have to wait 4 or 5 days to bring out a winner?"

So by assumption and presumption we can get an idea as to his ever increasing losses. But you would never have guessed it by reading his wonderful and inspirational adverts though. Would you?

(23rd Nov) I opened this Blog on the 19th Nov and as at the moment I think I may have done something wrong as I am unable to find it in the web. When and if it gets 'live' please spread the word as my old buddies in the Betfair forum would love to read it. I think!!!

S'gonna be fun!
