re THOMPSON'S RECENT "MAXIMUM BETS" WEBSITE ADVERT. "100% SUCCESS" LIE (Since withdrawn)

CHANNEL 4 RACINGS TOMMO SAID...."SO FAR IN 2008, MY PRIVATE CLIENTS HAVE ENJOYED A 100% SUCCESS ..." (MAXIMUM BET SERVICE)......

CHANNEL 4 RACINGS TOMMO WAS TELLING AN UNTRUTH!
CHANNEL 4 RACINGS TOMMO WAS LYING!!!
CHANNEL 4 RACINGS TOMMO WAS MISLEADING PEOPLE
CHANNEL 4 RACINGS TOMMO WAS DECIEVING PEOPLE
CHANNEL 4 RACINGS TOMMO TOOK MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENCES

ON BEHALF OF THOSE WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE, I SCRIBED THOMPSONS SERIOUS VIOLATION OF THE TRUTH (a lie)IN MY BLOG. A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER (MID FEB 2009) THOMPSON REMOVED THE OFFENDING VIOLATION. TO LATE! THE DAMAGE HAD BEEN DONE! HOW MANY OF THOSE WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE SIGNED UP WANTING TO BE PART OF THE "100%" SUCCESS?"....... AN AWFUL LOT!

I then discovered that in his rule 7 (home page, left hand side, "terms and conditions") that those without knowledge and experience are entitled to a refund!!

Channel 4 Racings Tommo's rule 7 says:-

7> Derek Thompson Racing reserves the right to change the service(s) at any time.

Gerry sez.... Thompson did change it. He withdrew serious promotional "DETRIMENTAL" material that related exclusively to the "The Maximum bet Service"

7> "Notification of such changes shall be made in the form of an email and article within the members website."
I doubt whether any such "notification" took place by email, but no such article has appeared on his website. And Thompson claims 100% ("and") that it would. By not showing "notification" on his website is a violation of his own "TERMS AND CONDITIONS"

7> "Where a service has been changed that significantly affects (to the detriment)of the service, a member originally signed up for....."

Gerry sez: That powerful piece of advertorial promotion, "100% success" is part and parcel of "The Maximum Bet Service" ... "100% success" almost certainly drew many clients to Thompsons "Maximum Bet Service." The untruthful claim of "100% success" has turned out to be a 100% lie and as such is most certainly detrimental to the service. Members did not sign up to be told lies.

Gerry sez:-....Those members are entitled to a full refund because they were told a lie. They were mislead and decieved by an incorrect, serious and most impressive piece of advertising untruth.

I TRUST THOMPSON WILL BE GIVING REFUNDS TO:-

THOSE WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE!
