EMAILER THINKS TOMMOS "MAX BETS" CLIENTS SHOULD PLACE A CLAIM FOR A REFUND. SO DO I.

Following the removal of Derek Thompson's ridiculous claim that his "exclusiv maximum bets" bets had a 100% success rate, surely the innocent people who paid £150 to join his service are now entitled to cancel their membership and receive a refund.
They should refer to rule 7 of Thompson's terms and conditions which is given below.
As Derek Thompson can afford to pay £11,500 for adverts in the Racing Post, this must mean that he has tricked many people to part with £150 to join his club on the basis that his special bets always win.
It is to be hoped that there is a queue a mile long outside his office tomorrow morning waiting for their money back
"Derek Thompson Racing reserves the right to change the service(s) at any time. Notification of such changes shall be made in the form of an email and article within the members website. "Where a service has been changed that significantly affects (to the detriment) the service a member originally signed up for, those members shall be entitled to cancel their subscription and receive a refund for outstanding months" remaining waiting for their money back

Channel 4 Racing's Tommo's "maximum bet" service promotional material has been changed. The advert that Thompson's clients responded to was untruthful and misleading. The advert was and is part of his "maximum bet" promotional service. Therefore by removing it the service no longer has the credability of the initial service the client responded to. BIG TIME SERIOUS DECEPTION THOMPSON!
