RECEIVED THIS EMAIL THIS MORNING RE TESTIMONIALS

Hi Gerry,

Derek Thompson has published some testimonials on his website in an effort to recruit members into his Racing Club at £150 a year.

The problem is, he doesn't say which year these refer to.

There is one mention of Authorized as a 2 year old, but that happened in 2006 !!!

Is it fair to try to get people to part with their £150 on the basis of what happened in 2006 ? Its now 2009 !!!!

How far back in time is Derek Thompson allowed to go ? And shouldn't there be some law by which he has to show the dates of these testimonials ?
