This will doutless result in a reduced income for him (I most certainly hope so), but at least he will rest easier knowing that in some small way racing has a cleaner image (from the rogue tipster aspect, it most certainly will do). It is not yet known what action will be taken regarding claims by unsuspecting callers to his premium rate numbers that they were misled by the advertising on his website (ABSOLUTELY TRUE AND BIG TIME), although industry sources have suggested claims could be in the "tens of thousands of pounds".(more please!) It seems it could be "One for the judge" (I hope so. payback time for the good guys!)
