Thompson's Racing Post 090 scam-line tipping advert, tips an average 5 selections a day and charges £5 per call. That equates to approximately£1 per horse. I am unable to give all 5 of his selections but below is a list of results from what I believe to be 2 of his daily 5. Each day represents what you would have won or lost had you backed both horses to just a small £5 stake plus £2 (090) rip off costs per day. Now take a hard look at his never ending losses and ask yourself this question. Should he be allowed to continue advertising that he is a wonderful tipster by only showing winners in his scam Racing Post adverts? And then ask yourself, do you think that The Racing Post know that he is a con man!!!! Think about it.

I had an interesting e-mail today concerning scam-ad man Thompson’s Tipping Blog on OLBG.
A month or so ago I tried to put a thread up on OLBG exposing the scam-ad man for what he is, a fraud and a con man thus informing the good guys to keep well clear of his trickery. After I posted it, it lasted a minute and a pop appeared and said. YOU ARE BANNED FOR LIFE!!!!! How strange!!! I would have thought that OLBG would have their punters interests at heart concerning conmen racing tipsters that trick and deceive people into buying worthless information from trick scam-ads. But maybe OLBG are not aware of Thompson’s trickery!! Now what do they say??? Agh!!! I know!.....And pigs might fly!!!!!
But doesn’t Thompson work for ATR???? Think about that one!!
After reading the e-mail this morning, I googled .... ‘OLBG Derek Thompson’s’....I then tapped in ‘Derek Thompson Blogging and Tipping’ ....I noted with great interest that the last recorded spew was dated 2nd May, 2008!!! “That’s odd!” I thought. I then pressed a little button that said “MORE INFO”

Derek Thompson has screwed geezers rotten nearly every day for the past 15 years or so with his scam-adverts. Today is Xmas eve. The season of good-will. There was no horse racing today so one would have thought that King-Con would have at least given his victims a day off from being ripped of by his trickery! But oh no!!! Not King-con!!! This guy takes and takes and takes. The scam-ad geezer takes, takes and takes at every available opportunity, whether there is racing or not!!
I took a stroll across the dales to me friendly village bookie to read King-con’s daily scam-ad. “Your gonna bust a blood vessel if you read that Gerry!!” said.me bookie pal. “It could spoil your Xmas Gerry!!” I thought he was joking as there was no racing. But he wasn’t.
The advert that King-Con Thompson spewed up today is the worst insult and the worst piece of scam advertising I have ever seen. This is how I read his big words scam advert. And remember, there is no racing today.

But there is no racing today!!! Can you believe that? There’s no racing today and he still manages to spew out his stinking garbage!!!!! I started rantin’ and ravin’ in the shop (they all know me down there as Gerry, the Tommo basher!!!) “Take it easy Gerry" said me bookie pal! "You’ll bust a blood vessel" … Calm down!” “Now take a look at them three small words Gerry at the top of the scam-ad” (I’ve trained all the geezers down there to call it a scam-ad!) “If it helps Gerry, it fooled me and several others as as well!”…….I took another shufty through me blood red eyes, and there it was ….the trick!!! And it even tricked me!!! And according to Birkdale’s post I think it may have tricked him as well. In the smallest writing in the whole advert, apart from the blood money stuff you have to read with a magnifying glass, there were just three small words placed in such a way that the eye misses them when reading the high profile gloats! I missed them three words and so did many many others. THE TRICK!! The three words said:-

Well what can you say? The geezer and his scam-ad team have to be complimented. He is one bloody good con man!!! There is none better!!! I wonder if all the racing cronies that patronise him know!!!!!! He is the very best of racing con men. If you don’t believe me, read my blog from start to finish and try telling me I’m wrong! If he were to be questioned as to the ethics and morality of his 'oh so obvious' scam-ad, he would just say that he told his readers that it was boxing day so what’s the problem? It was up to them to find the words. Take a look at the following and you will get an idea what I mean, I shall repeat the advert in a way that the scan-ad king presented it himself:-

When seeing the trick ad for the first time the eyes miss the small words and are steered to the larger ones. And King Con’s advert was a professional scam ad and well thought out. I can’t match that, but I have tried me best to show you how it looked! The brain seeks the largest gloat words first and digests the main content and then in most cases does not bother to read the smaller writing. Half shut your eyes, look at the scam-ad and you will get an idea as to how the scam-ad was thought out and fabricated in the scam-ad sewer factory!
Can you now wonder why I missed the trick, the bookmaker missed the trick “and several others missed the trick”, and I think Birkdale missed the trick as well. Can anybody be blamed for getting caught with a masterpiece of con like that!

And then comes the rest of the verbal river of sewage!!!! The “I’ve had a great December so far” crap!!!…..If he did then why did he keep gloating about a 12-1, 4-1 and 4-1, winner for over two weeks!!!!!! And if he did, why don't he tell us how much he won. Sorry I mean lost!

Now according to my information Thompson also tipped a Lay which came 2nd (1 unit win) plus another winner (Bluejain @ 9-4) I have already done me bookwork and those 2 wins have been entered and I 'aint pharting about changing all me sums. I am a fairly good forecaster of future results with Thompson and as his forthcoming losses will be astronomical these average prices for Thompson's winners 'aint worth botherin' with. I am therefor crediting him with 2 more wins. evens and 9-4. After all. it is Xmas!!!
Thompson's weekend winners were 1-1, 3-1, 9-4, 5-2, 3-1, 9-4. plus 1-1, & 9-4 Xmas bonus = 17.25 units won. There were 7 losers...... 17.25 - 7 = 10.25 pnts won.
10.25 x £5 = £51.25 profit......Deduct £10 rip off charges and Thompson has won over the weekend a total of £41.25......... = An 8.25 pnt win including his Xmas bonus.

I have not got Thmpsons garbage tips for the 1st Dec, but by his blab and boasts on the 3rd Dec, it looks as though he had 3 winners. 4-1, 4-1, 10-11. As the garbage advert never mentioned losers, (he probably forgot!!), I shall assume he had two. His account for the 1st Dec will be (4-1) (4-1) (10-11) L L = £35 profit less £5 (090) = .. £30 profit ongoing

Without the true results I have to assume and presume, although I don't think I was to far out as in what I did. He's just had a few low priced winners last weekend (21st Dec) which he is gloating and gobbing off about like crazy. He has not done that since Dec 4th!! Why? And we will now find out!!!!! I am somewhat concerned as to the lack of understanding (proven) and response to my complaint and letters to the PPP concerning what I believe to be unacceptable advertising practice by Derek Thompson, a so called professional racing tipster who advertises daily in the Racing Post via a Premium Rate 090 Service number. I believe his advert to be dishonest, misleading and indecent. I also believe that his advert is a fraudulent advert..
My initial letter explained in great detail my reasons. The reply I received from the PPP Customer Service Advisor was to say the least, ridiculous and contradictory. Please read her letter (No.xxxxx) and try telling me I am wrong. It was a most unhelpful letter and the unprofessional way it was written, gave me the feeling that the PPP advisor was not interested.
Her letter informed me that PPP dealt with complaints that concerned 090 telephone numbers and Premium Rate Service numbers, but as my complaint was about 090 telephone numbers and Premium Rate Service’ numbers it was beyond the remit of PPP as the PPP only dealt with complaints concerning 090 numbers and Premium Rate Service numbers. It finished “please contact the relevant party” That sir is my proof as to my suggestion that the PPP letter (No. xxxxx) was ridiculous contradictory and unhelpful..
I wrote another letter dated 28th Nov 2008. This time to the manager, a Mr xxxxxx. I felt sure I would receive a reply from the manager. I asked Mr xxxxxxx why the PPP Customer Service Advisor lady wrote a letter of such obvious contradiction. I received no reply. I wonder if you could tell me if PPP is a Government Authority please” The lady replied “YES IT IS” I asked her to confirm it and she did. I then asked her to whom should I complain if I wanted to make a complaint against PPP (for incompetence) She asked me why I wanted to do that? I indicated that I did not wish to get involved in a telephone conversation. She told me to wait a minute or so while she checked it out. On her return she said “Oh I’m sorry, we are NOT a government authority, we are a “Regulating Agency of Of-com!!!” I was rather surprised that she had to confirm with her superiors, to find out who she worked for. For reference purposes I asked her name. Her name sir was the same name as was written on that ridiculous, contradictory and unhelpful letter that I received (No. xxxxxx). One gets the feeling sir that just one lady is the complete staff within the PPP as she both replies to the mail and answers the telephone. And on both occasions she gave a contradictory reply. I would suggest sir that if you record telephone conversations, that you play my conversation back. You will hear the lady telling me one thing and then later telling me another. I am somewhat concerned as to the lack of understanding (proven) and response to my complaint and letters to the PPP concerning what I believe to be unacceptable advertising practice by Derek Thompson, a so called professional racing tipster who advertises daily in the Racing Post via a Premium Rate 090 Service number. I believe his advert to be dishonest, misleading and indecent. I also believe that his advert is a fraudulent advert..
My initial letter explained in great detail my reasons. The reply I received from the PPP Customer Service Advisor was to say the least, ridiculous and contradictory. Please read her letter (No.xxxxx) and try telling me I am wrong. It was a most unhelpful letter and the unprofessional way it was written, gave me the feeling that the PPP advisor was not interested.
Her letter informed me that PPP dealt with complaints that concerned 090 telephone numbers and Premium Rate Service numbers, but as my complaint was about 090 telephone numbers and Premium Rate Service’ numbers it was beyond the remit of PPP as the PPP only dealt with complaints concerning 090 numbers and Premium Rate Service numbers. It finished “please contact the relevant party” That sir is my proof as to my suggestion that the PPP letter (No. xxxxx) was ridiculous contradictory and unhelpful..
I wrote another letter dated 28th Nov 2008. This time to the manager, a Mr xxxxxx. I felt sure I would receive a reply from the manager. I asked Mr xxxxxxx why the PPP Customer Service Advisor lady wrote a letter of such obvious contradiction. I received no reply. Thompson has hit the running total record again today at - £884 LOSS!!! as at the 19th Dec. approx.
The geezers breaking the running LOSS total record every ruddy day!
The current running figures are all approximate. He keeps his losers secret. I wonder why. Current figures as from 1st Nov to date are based on 5 selections per day and to a £5 stake. I have to try and work out when he has the occasional winner (very occasional!) and extract it from within the camouflage of his never ending repeat winners
