Is this the answer to fraud tipsters?

'
090 TIPSTER MORALITY IN QUESTION.

PRS 090 trickster tipsters hide their losses behind a farcical facade of a few advertised winners. They all do it. They always have done it. And they always will do it as long as the regulator allows it.

And every single one of them makes a loss…. But does the client know? No he does not…..

Is the client entitled to know? Yes he is…..

Is it dishonest to trick and mislead the client? Yes it is…..

Has the client no right of protection from people that trick and deceive them with manufactured results to impress? Yes they have…..

Do they get it? No they don’t…..

Why don’t they get it? Because the tipsters drive coach and horse’s through the weak code of practice governing racing tipsters.

What can be done about it? The answer is so simple. The tipster must show in his advert a monthly profit or loss to a 1 point level stake at starting price odds…..

But isn’t that the last thing that a tipster would want to do? Yes it is.

Why? Because the tipster knows that he could not show a long term profit by tipping so many horses every day of the week. He force-feeds the vulnerable with misleading and seductive adverts. It is impossible. and the tipster knows it.

Such tipsters are frauds and confidence tricksters. If they dispute what I say, then show the clients your monthly profit and loss figures.

What do they say? Aaah yes!!...And pigs might fly!
