Today (22nd Feb) it says

Why did you remove?.... "A popular and lucrative service."
Code violation! 'lucrative'

Both indicate success.

You have yet again been tampering with your promotional material that mislead your subcibers. Therefor I will ask that you give them a refund as per your rule 7 which says:-
7> Derek Thompson Racing reserves the right to change the service(s) at any time. Notification of such changes shall be made in the form of an email and article within the members website. Where a service has been changed that significantly affects (to the detriment) the service a member originally signed up for, those members shall be entitled to cancel their subscription and receive a refund for outstanding months remaining.
Thompson has yet to notify his members. Instead he removes the "PRIVATE MEMBERS WEBSITE" title from his website.!!!!!!!!!!
